Step 3: Refund Requests. We have a 30 day refund policy. To ask for a refund, send us a
support ticket here.
DO NOT file a PayPal or Alert Pay dispute as these damage our business and will result in your being banned from all our programs.
Step 4: Cancelations. When logged in, go to [My Account] in the left menu then click [
Cancel Account]. Follow the instructions on the Cancel Account page.
If you are a pro member, you MUST ALSO login to PayPal or AlertPay and cancel your payment subscription with us.
All our support inquiries are answered within 1 business day. (Monday to Friday, except holidays)
